Title I Teachers Receive "Making A Difference" Group Award

Congratulations to McQuerry and Odessa Upper Elementary Title I Teachers, for being chosen as the May  “MAKING A DIFFERENCE” group award recipients for the Odessa R-VII School District. The District is excited to honor staff members who go above and beyond the call of duty through the "Making a Difference" recognition program!  Each month during the school year either a certified or classified employee will be honored for their part in implementing our district mission of preparing each student for a successful future. 

These amazing individuals encompass all that you would expect from elementary teachers. Kind, patient and selflessly giving to everyone.

• They are simply amazing!  Always uplifting, patient and encouraging to students.
• They are always collaborating with each other and finding new ways to help the students.  
• They are always willing to provide resources and knowledge to help classroom teachers. 
• They are great at being flexible and are always willing to help out with anything the building needs.

These staff members do a great job and MAKE A DIFFERENCE everyday.
