The Odessa R-VII School District is accepting applications to fill a vacant position on the Board of Education.
Interested individuals should stop by the Central Administrative Office to complete an application.

📅 Term of Service: From the date of Board appointment through April 2027
Eligibility Requirements:

Be a citizen of the United States

Be a resident taxpayer of the Odessa R-VII School District

Have resided within the district for at least one year prior to applying

Be at least 24 years of age

Not be delinquent in state income tax, personal property tax, or real property tax on their residence. If the applicant is a corporate officer of a fee office, that office must not be delinquent on any state tax.

Not have been found guilty of or pleaded guilty to a felony under federal law, Missouri law, or an offense in another state that would be considered a felony in Missouri

Not be a registered sex offender

Be in compliance with all Missouri Ethics Commission requirements
