Does your student have a disability?
Do you need need post-secondary transition services?
Please come and meet with the agencies in the county that provide services to your student after graduation. Even if your student is not graduating this year you will find most of the agencies need you to contact them earlier than later in order to have services available upon graduation. Let us know if you are planning on attending so we can properly prepare for this event.
