The Missouri Council of Administrators of Special Education (MOCASE) has bestowed the 2023 New Outstanding Special Education Administrator award upon Elizabeth Fagre, who serves as the Director of Special Services. This prestigious accolade is designed to honor educators who have worked in the field for five years or less and have demonstrated exceptional contributions and remarkable leadership achievements within their respective regions of the state.

Elizabeth makes a wonderfully positive impact on the future leaders in the field and helps teach others how special education should be implemented in schools, Odessa R-VII is proud to see her hard work being recognized. Congratulations Mrs. Fagre!
