New Student Enrollment Process

Students moving to the Odessa R-VII School District need to complete the following procedure:

  • Withdraw from previous school
  • Complete the online enrollment process by following the steps on the Enrollment tab on the district website
  • Provide copies of the following:
    • Proof of Residency (utility bill)
    • Student's Social Security Card
    • Student's Birth Certificate
    • Parent/Legal Guardian's Driver's License
    • Proof of Custody (if applicable)
  • We will request the following information from the previous school:
    • Withdrawal Form with current grades
    • Transcripts
    • Attendance Records
    • Health Records and Immunizations
    • Discipline Records
    • Special Education/504 Records (if applicable)

Once all forms have been completed and records have been received from the previous school, the Counselors will set up the student's schedule.  Please make sure you include a daytime phone number that you can be reached at if we need further information during the enrollment process.
