TRANSCRIPTS

Transcripts for current OHS students and OHS graduates/alumni may be requested, at no charge, by completing an online request form.  Allow 24-48 hours for processing.

CURRENT STUDENTS: 

• Complete the Senior Transcript Request form in your Counseling Google Classroom
• Transcripts may be requested by the student or a parent/guardian

OHS ALUMNI:

• Follow this link Transcript Request to complete the online form for past students of OHS.
• Transcripts must be requested by the graduate themselves (unless under legal guardianship or other special circumstances)

Dual Credit Transcripts: OHS does not receive copies of dual credit transcripts. To request a copy of your dual credit transcript, please contact the college/university's Registrar's Office.  Please note there is usually a $5-10 fee for each transcript.
