6tgh & 7th GRADERS - OPEN GYM for cheer is TODAY from 3:15 to 4:30. If you are interested in participating PLEASE make plans NOW!!!
8TH GRADERS ONLY - MANDATORY Cheer tryout clinics: April 24-25 3:45-6:15 @ OUE. MUST HAVE AN UPDATED PHYSICAL ON FILE WITH PRIVIT.

OMS Color Run will be held here at OMS on April 29th from 3:15 - 4:00 pm. The permission forms have been emailed home. If you need a permission slip we have some hanging outside the front door of the office. This is for OMS students only, $15.00 per student and $10.00 for MS siblings.
OMS will have a Talent Show the last day of school (May 23rd). BUT..... Auditions for the Talent Show will be the week of April 22 thru April 26th from 7:20 to 7:50am. You must sign up and audition if you want to be in the Talent Show. All questions need to be addressed to Mr. Fry or Mr. Wiggins. Auditions will be held in Mr. Fry's music room. The sign up sheet for auditions will be outside of Mr. Fry's room.
April is National Poetry Month? The final library contest for the 23-24 school year is to honor the beloved chicken patty day in celebration of National Poetry Month. Pick up a Haiku submission form in the library and turn in your Haiku to Mrs. Lefman in the library no later than Friday, April 26th for judging. One winner from each grade level will be announced on Wednesday, May 1st.
Odessa Track meet (Sponsored by Odessa Optimists) The meet is scheduled for Friday, April 26th at the High School track at 4:40 pm, beginning with field events. Get your permissions slips picked up and signed early!! Entry and Event forms are available for those interested, outside of the office door. Entry forms must be signed by a parent or guardian.
